American International College (AIC) is a private, co-educational four-year college in Springfield, Massachusetts. It opened in 1885 to give immigrants in the region, initially French Canadians, access to higher education, and it is a Hispanic-Serving Institution. Its students come from more than 40 countries.

AIC offers more than 30 undergraduate and more than 25 graduate programmes, including associate and bachelor's degrees and master's and doctoral programmes on campus or online, such as physical therapy (DPT), occupational therapy (MSOT), family nurse practitioner (MSN) and the education doctorate (EdD). Online accelerated degree completion and certificate programmes are also available.

International students apply as first-year, transfer or graduate students; admission is rolling. The Office of International Student Life advises on visas, academic and work options and settling in Springfield. Full-time undergraduates live on campus during their first three years, in traditional residence halls on the main campus and suites and apartments at the Edgewood Gardens Campus.
