Aziz Escuela Taller de Joyeria is a learning institution that offers students a series of training courses that enable them to learn how to design, develop, and treat their own jewelry as per the skills and knowledge obtained. Students are given the opportunity to learn from the beginning and to take part in every step of the whole process of creating their own jewelry; from melting laminar and silver, drafts and textures, welding and polishing, making all kinds of finishes and so on.

Some of the courses offered to the students include introduction to traditional jewelry, fire enamel, advanced jewelry, lost wax, and 3D jewelry design by computer with Rhinogold TM, among others. The trainings are done in a personalized way so as to adapt to the needs and objectives of each student. Group trainings are made up of a maximum of 8 students. What’s important is that one does not need to have prior experience or knowledge in the field, since you are allowed to start from scratch. As part of its day-to-day activities, the school takes part in research and innovation of new techniques and finishes in jewelry, and example of this is the Alwan Technique – a new and successful technique of color and finish on any type of metal.

The management of the different techniques and their didactic eagerness allows students to learn pleasantly and efficiently. The teaching methodology is also up-to-date and innovative, making it adaptable to any age and time available to the learners.
