Babel Idioma y Cultura
Language school, English courses in Malaga, Spain
Babel Idioma y Cultura (Babel Idiomas) is a private language academy in Málaga, located at C/ Valparaíso 1 in the El Palo area. It opened in 1999, first as an agency for language courses abroad, and soon afterwards opened its first English academy in Málaga, originally on Calle Larios.
The academy teaches English to adults and children at all levels. Courses are held in person at the academy or online, as live classes via Zoom. Babel Idiomas also provides English training for companies, takes part in European projects and is a preparation centre for the Cambridge Assessment exams. Its courses are non-official: they do not lead to an official qualification.
The staff also give information on language courses abroad. Enquiries are answered by email, WhatsApp and phone; the academy is open to visitors from Monday to Thursday, 16:00 to 20:00, and on Fridays, 16:00 to 19:00.
