Montréal Language Studies (MLS) is a language school in Montreal, Quebec, that trains business people, government employees and students from around the world in English, French and other foreign languages. Its programmes are highly structured, and each training runs from an initial evaluation to final progress reports.

• Tutorial programme of individual tuition: 10, 15, 20 or 35 hours per week, beginner to advanced, minimum age 17
• Placement and level testing with the MLS test
• In-company training in English or French for all levels, in person in the Montreal area or by distance learning
• Government and corporate language evaluation of oral proficiency in English or French

In the tutorial programme, each student works with several tutors during the day, using authentic sources from different academic subjects for debate, discussion and analysis. Teachers set milestones and goals for each student, with constant evaluation. For accommodation, students can choose a homestay with their own room and breakfast and dinner with the family, or a furnished private studio in downtown Montreal with kitchenette, Internet access and building facilities such as an indoor pool and gym.
