Clinton English is an English language school in the centre of Melbourne, operating since 2011. It is a NEAS Quality Endorsed Centre (National ELT Accreditation Scheme) and is registered with CRICOS (provider 03895J) to enrol international students. All teachers hold TESOL qualifications.

Courses start every Monday, with a minimum enrolment of five weeks; General English classes run in the morning, 20 hours a week. Students must be at least 18. Level is checked with a placement test, and a free trial class is offered. The school accepts student visa and Working Holiday visa holders and issues the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) needed for a student visa. Extra activities include the Meet the Grandparents conversation sessions and Family Time events. A Job Hub helps students find part-time work, and partnerships with vocational and higher education providers support the move to further study. Orientation includes accommodation assistance.

Intakes every Monday, minimum enrolment five weeks. Courses can be combined, for example General English in the morning and IELTS Preparation in the afternoon.
Students must be at least 18 when the course starts. Applicants send the signed application form with supporting documents (including a valid passport and proof of English level, such as an IELTS or PTE certificate or the placement test) to [email protected]. Eligible applicants receive an offer letter; after returning it signed with proof of the initial payment, they receive the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) for the student visa. Attendance at orientation on the first day is compulsory.
General English accepts all levels from beginner (A1). IELTS Preparation requires intermediate English (B1 or above), and EAP and Cambridge CAE require upper-intermediate (B2) or above. A placement test confirms the level before enrolment.
