Elite College of English (ECE) is a CRICOS-registered (provider 04087M) and ASQA-accredited college in Sydney that prepares recently arrived international children for Australian schools, mainly for entry to Sydney private high schools. It has two campuses, in Chatswood (1-5 Railway Street) and in the Sydney CBD (191 Clarence Street), both exclusively for students under 18.

• High School Preparation (CRICOS 111806E), seven CEFR-based levels
• Primary school preparation
• AEAS test preparation courses
• Holiday English programmes of 1 to 4 weeks for ages 6-11 and 12-17

In High School Preparation, all classes are taught in English and combine language skills with maths, science and humanities. Students are assessed on entry and placed at the right level, with new intakes every Monday and 10-week terms. Classes have a maximum of eight students, and teachers are NESA accredited and TESOL or CELTA certified. The programme includes regular excursions and weekly sports afternoons. For students travelling alone, ECE works with homestay providers offering supervised accommodation.
