Ellaluna American School is a small nursery and primary school at Calle de Pandora 23 in Madrid. It is authorised by the Comunidad de Madrid as an American foreign school (Kindergarten and Elementary School), while its first cycle of early years education is authorised as a Spanish centre. It takes children from 18 months to 12 years old, and its teaching approach is based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

• Nest (Nido): 18 months to 3 years, about 9 children per adult
• Kinder: 3 to 6 years, about 13 children per adult
• Elementary School: 6 to 12 years, about 15 children per adult

English is taught by native-speaking staff through songs, stories and play: about 30 minutes a day in the Nest, 45 to 60 minutes in Kinder and half the school day in Elementary School, with English grammar from 4th grade. Families can visit the school or contact it by phone, form or social media.
