ESC American School Madrid is a private American school located inside ESC Campus Madrid, a 42,000 m² education and sports campus in Villaviciosa de Odón, about 20 minutes from central Madrid. It teaches an American curriculum for Grades 7 to 12 (ages about 12 to 18) and offers both day and boarding places. All graduates receive a US High School Diploma that, according to the school, can be fully recognised (homologated) in Spain; the academic programme page lists NEASC certification. Classes have 12 to 15 students, each student has a Chromebook, and teaching follows a student-centred approach.

The campus has a residence with 455 beds in single and double rooms with private bathrooms, two FIFA-size football pitches, a basketball pavilion with three FIBA courts, 26 classrooms with laboratories, a gym and a 20-metre pool. Graduates go on mainly to universities in the US, Spain, the UK and the Netherlands. Domestic and international students can apply, with or without residence; applications require transcripts for the last two years, three teacher recommendations and Duolingo English test results, followed by an interview.

- Residence with full board: €1,600 (plus 10% VAT), including cleaning, laundry, Wi-Fi, gym and nursing

Boarding students live in the campus residence, which has 455 beds in single and double rooms of 23 m², each with a private bathroom, TV and study area, and 24-hour private security. The residence fee includes full board, weekly room cleaning, bed linen and towels, weekly laundry and services such as Wi-Fi, gym and nursing. Common areas include a dining room with restaurant service, a TV room, a games room and a study room.
