The Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (EOI) de Palma Andreu Crespí Plaza is a public official language school in Palma, Mallorca (Balearic Islands). It was created by Royal Decree in 1986, opened on 1 October 1986 and depends on the Balearic regional Department of Education. Its main building is at C/ Aragó 59; afternoon classes are also held in four secondary schools in Palma.
The school teaches ten languages: German, English, Arabic, Catalan, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Chinese. Spanish is offered at the Básico (A1, A2), Intermedio (B1, B2) and Avanzado (C1) levels. An official course has 120 teaching hours from October to May or June. Course formats include:
- Face-to-face: two two-hour sessions a week plus one Friday session a month
- Blended (semipresencial): one two-hour class a week, work in a virtual classroom and one Friday session a month
- Intensive: November to March, two four-hour sessions a week
Students who meet the requirements obtain official certificates at levels A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2, valid throughout Spain. Fees are public prices, and grants can be requested. Places are allocated through pre-registration (preinscripció) and enrolment or through remaining vacancies; placement tests assign new students to a course.

Programmes
Spanish (espanyol) levels: Básico A1 and A2, Intermedio B1 and B2, Avanzado C1. Each official course has 120 teaching hours from October to May or June, with class sessions between 9:00 and 21:00.

- Blended courses: one two-hour session a week plus a virtual classroom
- Intensive courses: November to March, two four-hour sessions a week
Passing the required levels leads to official A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2 certificates.
Admission
- Places are allocated through pre-registration (preinscripció) followed by enrolment, or later through remaining vacancies
- New students with prior knowledge can take a placement test; the result assigns a course but is not an enrolment
- Enrolment is done online on the Gestib platform
- Documents: Spanish ID (DNI), or NIE plus a copy of a valid passport; proof of level and of any fee reduction, if applicable
Fees
Fees for the 2026-27 academic year, as listed on the enrolment page for returning students (paid in full at enrolment):
- Language fee, ordinary enrolment: 153.40 €
- General services fee: 11.62 €, paid once per academic year
- Contribution: 8 €
Members of general large or single-parent families get a 50% reduction, and some students are exempt.
