The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Antequera (EOI Antequera) is an official language school in Antequera, in the province of Málaga (Andalusia). Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas form a network of public centres run by the regional education ministries. EOI Antequera has taught English and French since 2006 and recently added Spanish for foreigners. It offers courses in Spanish, English and French at levels from A1 up to C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and prepares students for official certificates. The school has been accredited for Erasmus+ since 2020.
The school states that its teaching draws on educational neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and cooperative learning. It also takes part in collaborative projects with other language schools in Spain.
The admission period and the enrolment periods are published every year; if places remain, students can still enrol during the first term. Applications are made preferably through the Secretaría Virtual (the online office of Andalusian schools) or in person at the school office. Fees for 2026 are €81.41 for one language for new students and €59.04 for returning students, with a 50% reduction for general large families.
