Florida State University’s international program provided by the University is a way to train the university’s students abroad in different areas of education. The school boasts an experience in international education of over 50 years, with the international program offering over 50 courses in 20 different locations around the globe. The purpose of this program, according to the University, is to give students the rare opportunity of becoming a more global/international individual. This ‘study abroad’ system makes students learn extensively, far beyond their area of specialization especially when they study in countries with different languages, culture and way of life. Students involved in this program receive full support, guidance, orientation and security from the university and its staff.
