Forum Musikae Escuela Superior de Música is a private higher music education centre in Madrid, authorised by the regional government as a private centre for Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de Música. It is based in the Arturo Soria area, at Calle Piquer 3.

The school awards official higher arts qualifications in music. Its degrees (Grado en Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores de Música) last four years (240 ECTS) and are placed at MECES level 2 and EQF level 6, the level of a bachelor's degree. Teaching is in Spanish, with adaptation for international students, and the academic year has two semesters from September to July.

Graduate programmes

Official Máster en Enseñanzas Artísticas in Musical Performance and Research (classical music); its study plan was approved by ministerial order EFD/882/2024. The school also offers non-official postgraduate courses after the master's.

Admission

Applicants need the Bachillerato or equivalent; applicants without it can take a maturity test, and those over 25 can use the university entrance exam for over-25s. International applicants must have their Bachillerato recognised (homologated) or present the corresponding official certificate.

All applicants then take the school's entrance tests (the first exercise is an analysis). For 2026-27 there were two calls, in June and July 2026.

Language requirements

Degrees are taught in Spanish, with adaptation for international students. No specific language certificate is stated; international applicants must have their Bachillerato recognised or present the corresponding official certificate.

Duration

Degrees: 4 years (240 ECTS). The academic year has two semesters, September to February and February to July.
