Hawaii Pacific University was established in 1955 as a private, non-profit higher institution and offers more than 50 undergraduate programs and about 14 graduate programs in virtually all aspects of life, including health and human sciences, business and management, journalism, humanities and law amongst others. The school is situated in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. The school offers master’s and bachelor’s degrees in such fields as mentioned above, offering financial aids and scholarship programs to students facing financial problems and also to outstanding students. Hawai'i Pacific University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) The Nursing Program (BSN and MSN degrees) is approved by the Hawai'i Board of Nursing and is accredited by the National League for Nusing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC). The Bachelor of Social Work program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
