Applicants must complete the online application form and submit the application fee. Applicants applying to certain studies may have to provide program specific documentation. Standard documentation should illustrate the applicants academic, personal and professional history, letters of recommendation, language proficiency tests and entrance exams (either the ieCAT, GRE or LSAT). Applicants who have passed the first step proceed to an interview with an Admissions Committee member in-person or via Skype. The final step for applicants is a decision on their admissions request.
Applicants must prove a proficiency in the English language by English being their native language, English as the language of instruction during their previous studies, advanced English language courses during previous studies, an advanced English language school certificate, English test scores such as IELTS, TOEFL or a personal interview. Dependent upon the applicant's English test scores, English lessons may be optional, recommended or mandatory for admission.
Tuition fees range from 50,000 to 75,000 annually.
Full-time students can earn a Bachelor degree in either 3 academic years of 3 quarters each, for a total of 9 quarters of 20 credits each; or in 4 academic years of 3 quarters each, for a total of 12 quarters of 15 credits each. Masters programs can take anywhere from 10 to 14 months to complete.
Although IE operates on a rolling admissions policy, applicants are encouraged to apply for this program several months in advance.
Financial aid may be available in the form of scholarships and loans.
There is no on-campus housing available. Accommodations can be made with several student housing agencies.
