Indiana University Southeast (IU Southeast) is a regional campus of Indiana University: a four-year, public, comprehensive university in New Albany, Indiana, just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky. It was founded in 1941, and its campus is six miles from downtown Louisville. It has more than 3,500 undergraduate students and a student-to-faculty ratio of 13:1, and its student body includes adult learners and veterans as well as students coming straight from high school.

IU Southeast awards Indiana University degrees and certificates in more than 180 undergraduate and graduate programmes, taught on campus, online or both. Students can add minors, certificates or pre-professional studies, and undecided students are supported by the Advising Center for Exploratory Students (ACES). Students from ten nearby Kentucky counties pay in-state tuition.

Students who need a visa, and those educated outside the US, apply through the international admissions process. Visa students pay a non-refundable US$65 application fee, submit official academic records with literal English translations and proof of funds for 12 months, and show English proficiency, for example TOEFL iBT 75, IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 95.
