Fees

Annual tuition fees for international students, 2027/28 academic year:

  • Pre-sessional courses: £2,800 (8 weeks), £3,500 (10 weeks), £4,200 (12 weeks)
  • International Foundation Year: £14,850
  • Bachelor's degrees (most courses): £17,345
  • Master's degrees (most courses): £18,995
  • Research degrees (full time): £16,770

Some postgraduate courses have different fees, and fees rise each year. Students pay at least 50% of the first-year fee in advance (or send a sponsor letter) and the rest within three months of starting. The university estimates living costs in Leeds at about £688 to £1,436 per month (2025 figures).

Financial Aid

Leeds Beckett offers a range of international scholarships, and international students may also use Chevening Scholarships, US/Canada Direct Loans or sponsorship from a government body in their home country. Graduates of a Leeds Beckett undergraduate degree get a 20% discount on the first-year tuition fee of a postgraduate course.

Housing

Leeds Beckett guarantees student accommodation in Leeds, in halls on campus and across the city, all within easy reach of the campuses.
