London Film Academy (LFA) is an independent film school in Fulham, London, founded in 2001 in a converted church near Fulham Broadway. It is a registered higher education provider with the Office for Students (OfS), has been reviewed by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, and is an approved partner of the University of Derby, which awards its degrees. Teaching is practical, in small groups and in English, and covers fiction, documentary, screenwriting and producing.

International students need a Student visa for the BA and MA programmes, which last more than six months; short courses of under six months may require a Standard Visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorisation, depending on nationality. LFA does not have its own student accommodation, but its website lists private student halls and rental options within reach of the Fulham building. Financial support includes BA scholarships for eligible UK students, MA scholarships for UK and international students, and payment plans.

Fees
Course fees listed for programmes starting in September 2027:
- BA (Hons) Filmmaking (two years, 13 September 2027 to 10 August 2029): £46,000
- MA Filmmaking: £23,500
- MA Screenwriting (one year, from 13 September 2027): £17,500
BA and MA offer holders pay a non-refundable deposit of £4,500. Short courses in autumn 2026 include the Filmmaking Certificate (26 October to 20 November 2026, £2,200) and the Documentary Filmmaking Certificate (2 November to 11 December 2026, £3,350).

Housing
LFA does not offer its own student accommodation. Its accommodation page lists private student halls used by current students (studios, en-suite rooms and private flats) and private rental options, mostly in nearby areas such as Hammersmith, Chelsea, Earl's Court, Putney and Battersea. The nearest Underground station is Fulham Broadway (District Line).
