Massey University (Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa) is a New Zealand university that grew from a small agricultural college in Palmerston North. It now has campuses in three regions, Auckland, Wellington and Manawatū (Palmerston North), as well as study facilities in Singapore, and it celebrates its centenary in 2027. Massey describes itself as a Tiriti o Waitangi-led institution.
The university offers 170 qualifications and more than 2,700 courses, which can be studied on campus or online. Its areas of expertise include:

Postgraduate options include master's degrees, PhDs and professional doctorates. In the 2026 ShanghaiRanking Global Ranking of Academic Subjects, Massey's Communication programme was placed among the top 100 in the world. The next academic year starts in February 2027, and applications are open.
Students can live in Massey halls of residence, apartments or studio units, stay with a homestay family or rent a private flat. International students arriving to live on the Auckland campus can book an airport pick-up. International students may also be eligible for financial aid such as US or Canadian student aid, US veterans' benefits or the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship.
