In 2011, the Culinary Science Faculty was created thanks to Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the Basque chefs and the support of the public institutions. The Centre, which is located in San Sebastian, has a Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences and a Centre for Research and Innovation in Food and Gastronomy.
