Neptunos Formación

Neptunos Formación is an online training centre for technical courses in four areas: pharmacy, healthcare, chemistry and dentistry. The centre describes itself as an authorised training centre. All courses are taught 100% online through its own e-learning campus (www.neptunos.es), which is open 24 hours a day, and the centre trains students in Spain, other European countries and Latin America.

The catalogue lists 31 courses:

• Chemistry (10 courses), such as chemical and petrochemical plant operator or laboratory quality
• Pharmacy (4 courses), such as pharmacy and parapharmacy assistant or pharmaceutical plant operator
• Dentistry (10 courses), such as dental hygienist, dental technician or dental assistant
• Healthcare (7 courses), such as clinical laboratory assistant, immunology, blood bank, microbiology or healthcare receptionist

Learning is based on practical projects with one-to-one mentoring, and students receive certificates of attendance and achievement; according to the centre they are valid nationally and internationally. The centre also runs a job board. To enrol, students must be over 18, have basic education or studies related to the field, an email address and an internet connection.
