NorQuest College is a college in Edmonton, Alberta (Canada), with adult education also offered in Wetaskiwin. According to the college, it serves 12,573 full-time and part-time credit students and 7,894 non-credit or continuing education students, born in 108 countries.

Admission Requirements

  • International students apply through NorQuest's own online admissions system
  • Applications for the Fall 2027 intake open on 1 October 2026
  • Places are offered on a first-qualified, first-admitted basis, subject to seat availability
  • Transcripts are required; previous studies can be assessed for equivalency
  • Admitted students pay a non-transferable tuition deposit to hold their seat and then apply for a study permit

Language Requirements

All applicants must show English language proficiency. For most programmes this can be done through previous study in English (in Canada or for at least three years in a recognised English-speaking country), NorQuest's own EAL Intensive courses, or an English test. Accepted tests include IELTS Academic, TOEFL, PTE Academic, Duolingo, CAEL and Cambridge English; the required scores are listed on each programme page.
