North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T) is a public, high-research-activity land-grant university and historically Black university (HBCU) in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a history going back to 1891. U.S. News & World Report ranks it the No. 1 public HBCU in the United States, according to the university. Its students come from nearly every US state and six continents, and it is known for STEM education.
N.C. A&T offers 59 undergraduate degree programmes and 14 doctoral programmes, plus master's degrees and 20 graduate certificates, through colleges including:

International undergraduate applicants submit:
- A complete application and official high school and college transcripts, with proof of high school completion
- A credential evaluation of transcripts from outside the US (WES, Educational Perspectives, IEE, Josef Silny, SPANTRAN or another NACES member); post-secondary work needs a course-by-course evaluation
- Proof of English proficiency
- The Financial Guarantee Form with bank or sponsorship documents for at least US$40,288
- The International Student Data Form and a copy of the passport identification page

Estimated cost of attendance for the 2026-27 academic year (fall and spring, full time):
- Non-resident undergraduates: tuition US$18,128; estimated total US$43,384 living on campus or US$38,810 off campus (including fees, student insurance, housing, food, books and personal costs)
