Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) is a college in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, with its admissions office in Halifax. It teaches through a network of 14 campuses and offers hands-on career training in 17 communities across the province as well as online. Its programmes are developed with industry and focus on practical, career-oriented skills.
NSCC offers more than 120 certificate and diploma programmes lasting from 18 weeks to three years, as well as graduate certificates, continuing education courses and marine training. Main areas include:
- Business, office and marketing
- Creative industries and media
- Cybersecurity, IT and data
- Engineering technology, GIS and surveying
- Health and human services
- Hospitality and tourism, oceans and marine
- Skilled trades
International students can choose from the same 120+ programmes. The college has support services for international students, English as an Additional Language (EAL) support, and an international office (NSCC International) that runs international exchanges. Depending on the campus, students may be able to live on campus; the college also points students to resources for finding off-campus housing. Seats are offered as completed applications arrive, and international applicants pay a non-refundable application fee of C$100.

International student tuition and fees for the 2026-27 academic year (Canadian dollars, per academic year):
- Tuition: $13,505
- International student fee: $1,000
- College service fee: $200
- Student health benefits (for students without a Nova Scotia health card): $1,024
- Application fee: $100 (non-refundable)
A non-refundable tuition deposit of $5,000, which counts toward tuition, confirms the seat after admission. Supplies, textbooks and other programme costs are extra.
Certificate and diploma programmes last from 18 weeks to three years.
Depending on the campus, students may be able to live in on-campus housing. NSCC also provides resources for finding off-campus housing. A new 90-bed student housing building is being built at the Kingstec Campus.
