Omsk State Pedagogical University (OSPU) is a university in Omsk, Russia, established in 1932. Its main area of study is pedagogical education, within which students choose a profile. More than 7,000 students study in 36 departments, and the university states that more than 600 of them come from abroad. Programmes are offered full-time, part-time and as evening studies, and the language of study is Russian.

Subjects range from mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry and biology to history, law, economics, management, philology, linguistics, psychology, sociology, culture and art. The preparatory course runs from 1 September to 30 June, with 20 academic hours a week in groups of up to 10. Citizens of countries that need a visa require a study visa; the university issues an electronic invitation, a process that takes 30 to 60 working days. Foreign citizens planning to study at a Russian university can take a one-year preparatory course (1 September to 30 June) with an intensive course in Russian as a foreign language and several subjects taught in Russian, to prepare for admission. Classes are 20 academic hours a week in groups of up to 10.

OSPU has a student hostel in the centre of Omsk, near the university's main campus, with shops, supermarkets, public transport stops, cafés and canteens nearby.
