Online Training College (OTC) is a distance-learning college that teaches law and office skills courses entirely online. Its history began in 1988 with a traditional classroom, and since 2000 all courses have been delivered online only. The head office is in Hertford, Hertfordshire, in the UK, and the college runs separate versions for the UK, Canada, Australia and the US.

Business law modules include general principles of law, legal systems, contract law, corporate law, wills and probate, conveyancing, and criminal and civil litigation, with versions covering the law of the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia. The courses are aimed at mature students, business professionals and college leavers, and no previous legal work experience is needed. Students can start at any time, receive their login within 24 hours of registration and have two years to complete a course; only a broadband connection is required.
