Pacific English Institute, run by Pacific English College Pty Ltd (CRICOS code 03628F), is an English language college in Sydney offering intensive English courses for overseas students (ELICOS). It is a partner of Pacific College of Technology. Classes take place at two campuses: the Sydney City Campus at 363-367 Pitt Street in the city centre, a short walk from Town Hall Station, and the Auburn Campus on Rawson Street, about 20 km from the city centre and close to Auburn Station.
The main programme is General English, at six levels from Beginner to Advanced, focused on speaking and listening as well as reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary. The institute also lists IELTS preparation (Foundation and Advanced), Pearson Test of English preparation and English for Academic Purposes. It runs a four-term year, and students take short weekly tests and fuller tests every five weeks.
According to the institute, completing its courses can lead to academic English programmes that articulate into undergraduate and postgraduate study. Extra-curricular social activities are organised, and the fee list includes airport pickup and accommodation placement. International students must hold overseas student health cover for the length of their stay.

Students sit short weekly tests and mid-term and end-of-term tests every five weeks.
Applicants download and complete the application form for admission. An enrolment is accepted only after written confirmation of a place from the institute, and all tuition and other fees must be paid before the course starts. International students must hold health cover for the whole of their stay as a visa condition. Students transferring from another provider in Australia must have met all requirements there, including fees, and may need a release letter.
