Saint Andrew's International British School is a small, family-style British primary school in El Sauzal, in the north of Tenerife, a short distance from Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz. Its founder and head teacher studied at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and the school was modelled on the small rural schools with composite classes her own children attended in the Scottish Highlands.

The school follows the British curriculum and teaches all subjects in English from Early Years, from age 3. From Year 2 (age 6), pupils also study Spanish language and science in Spanish to meet the compulsory Spanish objectives, and French is taught as a second language from Year 3 (age 7). All teachers are native English speakers trained in the British system, and classes are small. Assessment relies on a range of methods rather than mainly on formal exams. After primary, pupils go on to Spanish secondary schools.

Enrolment is possible at any time during the school year. The associated Saint Andrew's Language Academy, an official Cambridge English exam preparation centre, offers English courses for children who do not attend the school and for adults.
