Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is a private, nonprofit university in the United States, accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). It was founded in 1932 as the New Hampshire School of Accounting and Secretarial Science. Today it has more than 3,000 students on its 300-acre campus in Manchester, New Hampshire, and over 200,000 online students.
SNHU offers programmes from certificates and associate degrees to bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, in areas such as:

- Education and liberal arts
- Social sciences
- Technology and STEM
- Nursing and healthcare
Online undergraduate courses last 8 weeks, with six term starts a year, and online graduate courses last 10 weeks, with five starts a year; the campus follows the traditional 16-week fall and spring semesters and offers more than 70 programmes, residential facilities and Division II athletics. Up to 90 transfer credits can count towards a bachelor's degree, 45 towards an associate degree and 12 towards a master's degree. International students who need a visa can apply to study on the Manchester campus, and military students receive tuition discounts.
