The Professional Business and Restaurant School (PBRS), run by Employment Focus Limited, is a private training establishment (PTE) in central Auckland, New Zealand, that specialises in tertiary education and training for the hospitality industry. It was established in 2000. In its most recent external evaluation and review (EER) by NZQA, in 2022, PBRS retained Category 2 status.

The campus is beside the Sky Tower, within walking distance of the central train and bus stations, and has a training bar, five commercial training kitchens, a training restaurant, classrooms and computer laboratories. Graduates work as bartenders, waiters, baristas or bar and restaurant managers. Applicants complete a pre-screening assessment and an enrolment form and attend an enrolment interview; depending on the course, they must show previous qualifications and English proficiency. International students need a student visa and medical and travel insurance, and PBRS follows the New Zealand Code of Practice 2021 for the pastoral care of international students.

International students need a student visa from Immigration New Zealand (INZ) and medical and travel insurance; the insurance fee is included in the Fee Schedule. Applicants outside New Zealand usually pay their fees after receiving Approval in Principle from INZ.
