Universidad de los Llanos

The Universidad de los Llanos (Unillanos) is a state higher-education institution in the Orinoquía region of Colombia. Its main campus, Sede Barcelona, is at Vereda Barcelona, kilometre 12 on the road to Puerto López, outside Villavicencio. It also has two campuses in Villavicencio itself, Sede San Antonio and Sede El Emporio, and a site at Boquemonte in the municipality of Granada.

Unillanos offers undergraduate (pregrado) and postgraduate (posgrado) programmes, organised in two academic periods a year. Some programmes are also taught through Regional Higher Education Centres (CERES) spread across the department. For practical training in agriculture and livestock, the university has farms in Villavicencio, Puerto Gaitán, Granada and Villanueva (Casanare).

Admissions are handled by the Office of Admissions, Registration and Academic Control. Applicants register online, and admitted students use the SIAU platform, with the same username and password as for registration, to download their enrolment receipts.
