UNIE Universidad (Universidad Internacional de la Empresa) is an official private university in Madrid. It belongs to Planeta Formación y Universidades, the higher education network of Grupo Planeta. UNIE offers more than 60 programmes, including bachelor's degrees, double degrees, master's degrees and doctorates, on campus and online, in business, science and technology, law, marketing and communication, education and health. Its official degrees follow Spanish university regulations and the European Higher Education Area framework.

Degrees such as Mathematics are taught in Spanish, while Psychology, International Business and International Relations are also offered as English-taught bachelor's programmes. Admission to on-campus degrees starts with a personal interview with an adviser, followed by a 20-minute online test: English at B1 level for Spanish-taught degrees and B2 for English-taught degrees, plus a B2 Spanish test for non-native speakers. The international mobility office manages exchanges such as Erasmus+, and the university has its own scholarship and study-aid programme.

Admission
Bachelor's degrees (on campus): after a personal interview with an admissions adviser, applicants send a school certificate giving access to university (or their latest grades) and a copy of their ID card, NIE or passport, then take a 20-minute online admission test with a language test and an assessment of skills for intellectual work. If admitted, the place is secured by paying the reservation. A free provisional credit recognition study is available for previous studies or work experience.
Master's degrees: interview, bachelor's degree certificate (or transcript) and CV; the admissions team reviews the profile subject to available places.
Language requirements
The admission test for on-campus bachelor's degrees includes a language test: English at level B1 for degrees taught in Spanish and B2 for degrees taught in English (such as the Bachelor in International Business). Applicants whose first language is not Spanish also take a Spanish test at level B2.
