The University of South Florida is a member institution of the State University System of Florida, founded in 1956. Its main campus is located in St. Petersburg, while branch centers are situated in Sarasota and Lakeland. Education Abroad center within the university is strictly dedicated to the provision of carious study abroad programs for both students and faculty. These range from semester exchanges, to international internships, service learning, dual degree programs, summer and short-term programs. All programs award academic credit, while Education Abroad takes care for the whole process, while also maintaining the relationships with the partner institutions. All staff is widely experienced and provides full assistance to students wishing to take advantage of the various opportunities offered.
