International students are not eligible for federal or state financial aid at WCSU. They may apply for some WCSU scholarships after completing one year of study at the university. Some US organisations offer loans and scholarships to international students, but these require a US resident to act as guarantor. Health insurance is mandatory for all undergraduates unless they have a valid private US policy.
WCSU has residence halls managed by the Office of Housing and Residence Life, with single, double, triple and apartment-style rooms and meal plans; costs depend on the room type and meal plan chosen. Most international students choose to live off campus in private apartments, where housing and meal costs vary.
