C&C Academia Casanova

C&C Academia Casanova, listed here under its former name C&C Academia Llongueras, is a network of private academies training students in hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, make-up and nail care. According to the school, it has 40 years of experience, 30 academies across Spain and more than 20,000 former students. Its head office is in Mataró (Barcelona), and its centres include three in Barcelona as well as Madrid, Zaragoza, Lleida, León and other cities.

Its catalogue of around 50 courses includes:

• Higher technician course in hairdressing (24 months)
• Higher technician course in integral personal image, combining hairdressing and beauty (24 months)
• Higher technician course in integral beauty therapy (24 months)
• Men's hairdressing and barbering (10 months) and men's haircutting and barbering (5 months)
• Make-up and nail courses, distance learning (such as trichology online) and salon management courses

The academies also teach vocational training (FP) and professional certificates (certificados de profesionalidad) in the personal image field. Students practise on real clients: the academies offer hairdressing and beauty services to the public, always supervised by teachers.
