Instituto Cultural Oaxaca (ICO) is a Spanish language school at Avenida Juárez 909 in the historic centre of Oaxaca, Mexico. It was founded in 1984 and, according to the school, was the first Spanish language school in Oaxaca. ICO is an authorised DELE test centre of the Instituto Cervantes and a founding member of ASESEO, the association of Spanish language schools in Oaxaca.
Courses cover all CEFR levels from A1 to C2, with a placement test included, and start every Monday. Classes are taught in small groups by native teachers, exclusively in Spanish.

Most students stay two to four weeks; in some cases the course may count as credit towards a university programme. For accommodation, ICO arranges homestays with local families and recommends partner bed and breakfasts and serviced apartments, which offer discounted rates to its students.

All levels from A1 to C2; programmes start every Monday.
Housing
- Homestay with a local family, in a single or shared room, with breakfast and optional lunch and dinner; most families live 5 to 20 minutes' walk from the school, and the school inspects each home
- Bed and breakfast: La Betulia, within walking distance of the school
- Serviced apartments for longer stays: Central Xochimilco, 7 to 10 minutes' walk from the school
