Severnvale Academy is an independent, family-run English language school at 25 Claremont Hill in Shrewsbury, a regional capital in Shropshire, England, with a population of over 100,000. It teaches adults and young learners, and according to the school it is the only accredited language school in the town.

General English courses are skills-based and can be combined with extra grammar, one-to-one and exam lessons. The minimum entry level is elementary, classes have at most six adults (eight in July and August), with an average of three to four, and new students can start every Monday. Business English covers situations such as presentations, negotiations, conferences and interviews. The 2026 Young Learner programme runs from 28 June to 9 August with residential and homestay options.

A social programme takes place at least twice a week. Accommodation options are homestay, hotels, guest houses and self-catering, and the school can arrange taxi transfers from the airport.

Severnvale arranges accommodation for its students, and all accommodation is regularly inspected by the school's Accommodation Officer.

The nearest airports are Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. The school can arrange a taxi transfer to the accommodation; students travelling by public transport receive route details and are met at Shrewsbury station by their hosts.
