Universidad de León, Pabellón de Gobierno

The University of León is a Spanish public university, established in 1979, when it segregated from the University of Oviedo. The school has campuses in León and Ponferrada, where 37 undergraduate and 18 graduate degrees are offered. These range from the classical Philology to more innovative options like the International Business Degree, part of which is taught in English. Furthermore, the school offers joint degrees with universities from other countries; i.e. the Renewable Energy Master or Master Business Studies, shared with three other European universities. Overall, the university is mostly known for its strength in the so-called earth sciences: Veterinary Biology, agronomy, and so on.
