did deutsch-institut is a private German language school founded in 1970 by Madeleine Semidei-Kötter under the name "Deutsch in Deutschland". Its head office is in Frankfurt am Main, and it runs year-round schools for adults in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. Courses for young learners take place with homestays in Augsburg and Berlin and in residential centres in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Oberwesel on the Rhine and Vienna (Austria).

Adult students can stay with a host family, in a student residence or in a youth hotel with single or double rooms, private bathroom and breakfast, available in all four cities. Prices for courses and accommodation are the same at every location, so students can change school during their stay.
