The Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Comarca del Mármol is a public official language school in Macael, in the Almanzora area of Almería province (Andalusia). It provides specialised language education (enseñanzas de régimen especial) under the Education Department of the Junta de Andalucía and was created in 1990. Four languages are taught: English, French, Italian and Spanish as a foreign language (español lengua extranjera).

Classes take place at two sites in Macael: the main building on Avenida de Andalucía 106, where all administrative procedures are handled, and a second building on Calle Murcia. Besides official enrolment with classes, the school offers the modalidad libre, in which candidates register only to sit the official certification exams.

New students first complete a pre-registration (preinscripción), which is free of charge, and enrol and pay the fees once they appear on the list of admitted students. The minimum age is 16; students aged 14 and 15 may enrol in a language other than the first foreign language they study at secondary school. Applicants who want to start above A1 can request a placement test (Prueba Inicial de Clasificación) or present an official language certificate. Enrolment remains possible during the first term while places are available.

To start above first-year Básico (A1), applicants present proof of their level, such as an official certificate, or request a placement test. Enrolment stays open during the first term while places remain.
