EOI Maspalomas (Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Maspalomas) is a public official language school of the Canary Islands government (Gobierno de Canarias) in Maspalomas. It teaches five languages: English, German, French, Italian and Spanish for foreigners, and holds an Erasmus+ accreditation for a 2024-27 mobility consortium.

At this school the first course of Spanish for foreigners, as of every language, is A2.1. For 2026-27, the Spanish department lists courses at A2.1, A2.2, B1.1, B1.2, B2.1, B2.2 and C1, using the Español en marcha series and Vitamina C1. Classes for 2026-27 began on 21 and 22 September, with Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday groups as well as intensive courses. Learners who already speak some Spanish can take a placement test, made up of a one-hour written part and a five-minute interview, to start at a higher level. The school also offers specialisation courses and official certification exams (PCEI), with the next sitting in June 2027.

Places are requested in a pre-registration period, online with a digital certificate, through a web form using an NIF, NIE, passport or CIAL, or in person at the school; places often remain for those who did not pre-register. Foreign students enrol with their NIE and passport and a Social Security card or private health insurance.
