The Indian Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts (IIHMCA) is a hotel management and culinary arts college at Habsiguda in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, which has been training culinary professionals since 2001. It is approved by the Government of Telangana and the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad, and its bachelor's degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts is affiliated to Osmania University. According to the institute, it was the second in India to offer culinary arts as a full degree programme. Its campus has 45,000 sq ft of built-up area.

Admission depends on the institute's Common Entrance Examination, which covers general knowledge, general English, reasoning and numerical ability and is held on campus and in selected cities.
