Instituto Mediterráneo Sol (iNMSOL) is a Spanish language school in Granada, at Calle Enriqueta Lozano 17, that has offered Spanish courses throughout the year since 1992. It is accredited by the Instituto Cervantes and states that it complies with the CEN (Comité Européen de Normalisation) standards for language study trips. Courses follow the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, from A1 to C2, and the Instituto Cervantes curriculum plan.

Lessons are taught entirely in Spanish and last 45 minutes, classes have a maximum of 10 students, and courses start on Mondays. The school organises daily cultural activities and weekend excursions to places such as the Costa Tropical, the Alpujarras, Seville and Córdoba. It can also arrange accommodation in shared apartments, with host families or in hotels and hostels.

iNMSOL arranges accommodation in Granada as an intermediary:
- Fully equipped shared apartments, with single or double rooms
- Host families, half board or full board, in a single or double room, with one laundry wash per week
- Hotels, hostels and individual apartments on request
A week's stay runs from the Sunday before the course starts to the Saturday after it ends. Bed linen is provided, but not towels, and the apartments are on average 15-20 minutes from the school.
