IDDI - Unidad de Educación Ejecutiva de la UFV

The Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral (IDDI) is the executive education unit of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). On its website it now presents itself as the Unidad de Educación Ejecutiva de la UFV, part of the university's Facultad de Derecho, Empresa y Gobierno. The unit states that it has more than 20 years of experience helping organisations and professionals build more human and effective workplaces.

Its executive programmes are aimed at directors and managers and cover leadership and strategy, coaching, learning and corporate wellbeing. Current programmes include:

• Ciclo Fundamental de Coaching Dialógico (coaching certification)
• Programa de Despliegue de Liderazgo (PDL)
• El Manager Híbrido
• Coaching de Equipos
• Liderazgo y Estrategia

Coaching is taught through the UFV's own model, Coaching Dialógico, aimed mainly at business leaders. The unit also designs tailored in-company training; according to the unit, more than 900 companies have worked with it. Its academic and research base is the Cátedra Irene Vázquez "Empresa centrada en la Persona", which carries out applied research. The unit is located at the UFV, Ctra.
