The Program for Management Development is given in a blended (online and on campus) format. Students will meet a few times at the Barcelona campus, with the rest of the program is delivered online. This program is specifically for students who wish to develop the skills necessary for senior leadership. Students in this program are typically individuals with professional and educational experience, who go on to become senior-level managers.
SCALEUP: How to Successfully Manage Growth is a program offered completely online at IE. Over the course of five weeks, students will learn management strategies to successfully direct growth in their businesses. The program is structured to help students evaluate the current status of their businesses before while identifying consumer markets. The second half of this program studies how to execute strategies through an analysis of organizational operations and culture. Students in this program are typically business owners and managers.

Programs such as the Management Senior Capstone Project Course are designed to help students put their business knowledge to the test and students will devote an entire semester completing business challenges for an actual client.
