Mondragon University is a private university in the Basque Country, set up in the year of 1997. Most of the university installations and centers are located in the Alto Deba region, while the school itself is the joint project of three educational cooperatives, these were Polytechnic School, Faculty of Business Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Education. In 2011 one more Faculty is added to Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the Culinary Science Faculty.
