International Rural School (IRS) is a private British school in Llinars del Vallès, in the Vallès Oriental area of Barcelona province. It is set in woodland next to the village centre, at Disseminat 133, Can Ribó. The school follows the English National Curriculum and states that it is accredited as a British School Overseas (BSO), meeting standards set by the UK Department for Education. It is also authorised by the Generalitat de Catalunya and describes a triple British, Cambridge and Spanish certification.

Music is used to explore the curriculum, and lessons take place in the classroom, outdoors and on weekly outings. Each class has a teacher and a teaching assistant, with one teacher for every 12 to 15 students and reinforcement teachers. Piano, violin, robotics, chess, Chinese and swimming are taught during school time. The school has a vegetable garden, home-cooked meals, a school bus and monthly museum and cultural trips, and secondary students do work experience.
