La Casa de la Luz is a small alternative school project in a rural area near the village of Facinas, in the municipality of Tarifa (province of Cádiz). It was started in 2007 by a group of families who formed the Asociación Manawee to educate their children with a pedagogy that respects each child's needs and learning pace.

Since 2020 the project has worked with NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges) to become an international school, and in 2024 it obtained a school registration code from the Andalusian education authority as an international infant and primary school. According to the school, its educational project keeps the content, objectives and assessment criteria of current education legislation while changing the method.
