Link Campus University is a university based in Rome, where its main site occupies the Casale di San Pio V, a historic complex surrounded by green space that was commissioned in the 16th century by Pope Ghisleri. It has a second site in Rome on Via Pietro De Francisci and further branches elsewhere in Italy, including Naples and Città di Castello.

Bachelor's applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling; master's applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent. International applicants:
- Send the pre-application form with school-leaving and academic certificates and a passport copy to the international admissions office
- Have an interview to check their records and their command of English
- Obtain a declaration of value (dichiarazione di valore) and an apostille or equivalent for their qualifications; transcripts must be in Italian or translated into Italian
- Pay a €500 pre-registration fee and at least 50% of the annual tuition before the acceptance and visa support letters are issued
Non-EU students need an Italian student visa. Master's and single-cycle applications are assessed on CV and motivation letter.
The university offers scholarships that partly cover tuition fees for deserving students, reductions for its own graduates who go on to a master's degree or academic master, and several instalment plans for paying tuition.
