Oakwood Friends School is a Quaker co-educational boarding and day school for grades 6 to 12 on a 55-acre campus off Spackenkill Road in Poughkeepsie, New York, in the United States. Founded in 1796 as the Nine Partners Boarding School near Millbrook, it describes itself as the oldest co-educational boarding and day school in New York State, and moved to Poughkeepsie in 1920 after a fire. According to the school, it was the first Quaker school in the United States to enrol and graduate African American students. Its values follow the Quaker testimonies of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship.

Financial aid is awarded on the basis of economic need, regardless of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity or sexual orientation. According to the school, 72% of families receive aid, about $2.4 million is awarded each year, and average grants are $16,000 for day students and $34,000 for boarding students. Families apply through School and Student Services (SSS) by completing the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS); final decisions are made by Oakwood's Financial Aid Committee.
