The English International College

The English International College (EIC) is a British international school in Marbella that has been teaching for more than four decades. It follows the English National Curriculum and takes pupils from the age of 3 to 18.

• Early Years, Infants and Primary (ages 3 to 11)
• Senior School (ages 11 to 16), preparing for GCSEs
• Sixth Form (ages 16 to 18), preparing for International A Levels

For younger children who are new to English, the Stepping Stones programme offers morning English and Maths sessions in groups of no more than six, from Reception to Year 4, while pupils join their main class for all other subjects. A Learning Support Team works across all phases of the school. Outside the classroom, pupils can take part in cultural, sporting, creative and leadership activities. According to the school, its A Level students have gone on to universities in the UK, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE and UCL, as well as in the USA, Canada, Spain and other European countries. The admissions team guides families through the application, and the school holds open days for prospective families.
